All exhibitors are eligible to contribute any prize amount they want. Open to all attending brides, prizes will be given away after the fashion show ends. Terms and conditions are completely up to the exhibitor. Last year we gave away around $30,000 and we’re aiming for higher this year!

TABLESCAPES WESTMAN CONTEST
Your creative handiwork could be on display for all of Westman to see! Open to all show exhibitors, we’re excited to showcase the design aspect of weddings and demonstrate the capabilities of our local talent. Whether you’re a florist, a venue, an artist, an event planner, a cake artist, etc, this is perfect for you!
$50 to Enter I Maximum 10 Entries - First come, first served
Provided: Standard round table and 8 standard banquet chairs
Each table must include a table number so that blind voting may take place during the show. Voting will begin when doors open at 11:00 and will close at 2:30.
Each table may only be submitted by one exhibitor. Exhibitors are welcome to rent or borrow from other exhibitors for their entry, but only one business can win. Entry’s need to include a small sign no bigger then 5x7 inches with their company name/logo on it on the table. Tables will be voted on by guests.
Winner will be awarded half of the entry fees submitted! Winner will also receive an extra social media feature after their win, 90 seconds on stage before the fashion show to accept their award.
